The name was derived from the Archangel Gabriel. In Hebrew the name is Gavriel. And the connection is…..
On a trip along the Great Ocean Road we took a photo. When the film was developed (yes, it was a while ago!) we noticed something in the top right hand corner.
On blowing up the mark this is what we found:
The image reminded us of the Archangel Gabriel and so we used it to come up with our business name.
