Are you happy? I don’t mean that you have all the things on your list: the house, the car, the boat, the perfect children, a loving husband/wife. It’s about what’s inside you.

In his 1969 song Peter Sarstedt asks the question: “Where do you go to my lovely, when you’re alone in your bed?”

Is Something Missing From Your Life?
Where do you go? Is it to a place of joy and contentment or is there a feeling that something’s missing? You’ve got all the “things”. Life SHOULD be wonderful and yet somewhere deep inside, in that private place, the one even you can’t really get to, there’s a hole, a space, that no matter how busy you are or you make yourself, you can’t seem to fill.

That’s the place of your soul, your place in eternity.

Scientists tell us we’re all made of star dust. That’s true, but they’re only talking about our bodies. While it’s a glorious image: that you’re a child of the stars; the place we want to go to is deeper and more intimate than that: it’s your personal piece of eternity; your unique part of the Universe and the forever.

What Lights You Up?
