May you live every day of your life. Be the reason someone smiles today. Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds. Life is “trying things to see if they work. A mighty flame follows a tiny spark. When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. But if you listen, you may learn something new. I am the wisest man alive, for I know one thing, and that is that I know nothing. veryone is ignorant. Only on different subjects. The mystery of life isn’t a problem to solve, but a reality to experience. The invariable mark of wisdom is to see the miraculous in the common. Don’t bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself. Don’t bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself. Nature is the art of God. Think before you speak. Read before you think. The weighing of opinions only prevents the perception of truth. Welcome to the Karma Cafe. There are no menus. You will get served what you deserve We must risk going too far to discover just how far we can go. I aspire to be the person my dog thinks I am Nobody can do everything, but everybody can do something. The only future worth building includes everyone. It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do. Be the best you, you can be. The world is an incredible unfulfilled tapestry. Setbacks pave the way for comebacks. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow, and it doesn’t happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have worried twice. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift––that is why it is called the present. To pull a friend out of the mire, don’t hesitate to get dirty. The best revenge is massive success. The best revenge is massive success. Seven days without prayer makes one weak. Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other. If you fear change, leave it in the tip jar. Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no-one alive who is Youer than You. It’s not WHAT you go through that matters, it’s HOW you go through it. If you lend someone $10 and never see them again, it was probably worth it. One mistake will never kill you. Today is the 16th anniversary of 9/11. If you’ve made a mistake, acknowledge it and move on to finding a solution or a fix. Everything that comes to us in life is for the good. There is no such thing in anyone’s life as an unimportant day. It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do. ou can’t get nine women together and produce a baby in one month. Some things take time and you can’t hurry the process. Don’t raise your voice, improve your argument. That which is hateful to you, do not do to others. When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years. The purpose of prayer is not to get us out of trouble. The purpose of trouble is to get us into prayer. Laws control the weak. Honesty controls the strong. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Pilates? I thought you said pie and lattes Perhaps it is our imperfections that make us so perfect for one another The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate. Everything that happens to you or comes to you is from God. How you respond is up to you.
